Resolved. Between 6:57 and 7:44 AM ET, about one in three requests failed or loaded slowly because one of our API servers temporarily lost its connection to the database. It recovered on its own, and the platform has been operating normally since 7:44 AM ET. No data was lost. We are adding safeguards so a similar issue is detected and contained faster.
